A comprehensive, evidence-based journey designed specifically for residents in Ontario, ensuring clarity and support at every step.

Initial Intake Questionnaires
We begin with a number of evidence based screening questionnaires to evalute symptoms and explore other possible differential diagnoses. These must be completed before the virtual assessment.

Virtual Assessment
You will meet with a clinician who will take a health history perform an assessment. This takes approximately 60 minutes and is entirely virtual.

Diagnosis
A deep-dive of your results with a specialized Ontario healthcare provider. We review the test results, rule out co-occurring conditions, and reach a definitive diagnostic conclusion based on DSM-5 criteria.

Treatment
You receive a comprehensive assessment report. We discuss tailored treatment strategies, including pharmacological options, and workplace or academic accommodations.
